J. Cole has announced that himself and rapper Kendrick Lamar will release a joint album.
There have been rumors swirling around that the two young guns have been in the studio together, but recently during an interview, J. Cole revealed that for the last few days to a week they have been recording. He also says that currently, they have 5 songs put together already, and that the project will be an album.
If I know anything about these two rappers its that the two of them together will make one hell of a music project. I may not be a big fan of J. Cole personally, but I can definitely tell you he's one hell of a rapper.
Kendrick Lamar is another guy that seems the fly under the radar of a lot of fans, but needs to be hitting the big time. I've gotten a couple of his mixtapes and over the past couple days with all the time riding in the car got a chance to listen to them.
Hearing the news of this album is pretty exciting for me. Expect one very lyrical project.
