Snoop Dogg had Weed.....Go Figure

Well, Snoop Dogg was at an airport in Norway, and the authorities pulled him out of line and searched him. He had 8 grams of marijuana in his possession. So they made him pay an almost 2 thousand dollar fine and he went on his way.

So this is what, the 15th time that's happened to him? It doesn't even matter anymore.

Marijuana possession and use is slowly being decriminalized around the country and the world. In fact, today in Chicago, the government vehemently passed a law that decriminalized possession. What does this mean? Well it means that possessing 15 grams or less of marijuana now warrants a fine between $250 and $500 instead of being arrested, sent to jail, going to court, and getting the case thrown out anyway. 80-90% of marijuana cases get thrown out a year in Chicago court systems.

I know this is going off on a tangent, but expect to see this trend happening a lot in cities and states all around the country.

Kanye West Actually Made Someone Happy

The G.O.O.D. Music Group song "Mercy", which of course is awesome, has caught the attention of Lamborghini itself.

"Lamborghini Mercy/Yo Chick she so thirsty/I'm in that 2 seat Lambo wit yo girl tryna jerk me" is the hook to a very catchy, sick song. It seems like now and days when Kanye gets on a song and mentions something, that company wants to immediately sue, but not this time.

A Lambo rep has come out to say that he's pretty pumped about the song and having Lamborghini being mentioned. He did have an issue though; the music video used a Gallardo instead of a Murcielago. Obviously since the song is Mercy, you would think of a Murielago. At the time of filming, though, there was no "Mercy" available to rent.

"We can assume that because the Murcielago is sold out, it may be more difficult to locate that particular model. The Gallardo is available at our franchised Lamborghini dealerships." said a Lamborghini representative.

Pretty interesting stuff. Here's the video

A$AP Rocky Announces a Release Date

All A$AP Rocky fans should be pumped right now because Rock himself has announced that his album LongLiveA$AP will he released on September 11, 2012.

So far it has been confirmed that Pharrell, Kanye West, and Swizz Beats will be a few of the producers on the album. Personally I highly expect to see SpaceGhost Purrp do some stuff for him as this is very common with these two.

Looking back, A$AP Rocky's debut mixtape LiveLoveA$AP was one of the mixtapes of the year last year in 2011, and multiple sources have confirmed off of hearing what has been done so far that this EP is basically that mixtape on steroids. Its being said that Rocky has matured as an artist, and this record will be something special.

My Favorite Rapper is About To Change the Game

It's no secret that my favorite rapper out right now is underground superstar Chuuwee. He's been working on his debut album entitled Wild Style. I'm not afraid to say that this man may be what saves hip hop. He is the one of the few rappers that I listen to that actually want to make music like they did in the 90's.

As a matter of fact Chuuwee has enlisted the help of Large Professor to create some beats. Large Professor, of course, was a mainstay on hits back in the heyday of hip hop.

I can't wait. Look for the album in July. Follow him on Twitter @ChuuweeTUS and me, @Ryan_LegarskyWU

Chris Brown and Drake Involved in Club Fight

Probably heard about it by now but these two had a bit of a disagreement.

Meek Mill and Drake were chillin, Chris Brown sent over a bottle of probably highly expensive alcohol. Next thing everyone knew there was bottles flying everywhere, Tony Parker almost lost his eye, and Chris Brown's precious chin was busted open a little bit. That's the long story short.

Its been reported that a boxing promoter has offered them a small $1 million each to get in the ring nd duke it out. This probably won't happen.

Manny Pacquiao received over $30 mil in his fight with Timothy Bradley win or lose. As we all know Pacman was screwed out of the win and another couple million. So why on Earth would they fight for only a million dollars each?

Basically this beef isn't that real. Its been said it was about Rihanna, which is stupid if it is.

Review: Waka Flocka Flame- Triple F Life LP

So the moment all Flocka fans have been waiting for, the sophomore album. Did he disappoint? Was this better than Flockaveli?

The EP starts with the "Triple F Life Intro". Its a minute and a half of pure emotion. Flocka still coming off the loss of his best friend Slim Dunkin goes in about how he has all he needs in his music, his "triple f lifestyle" if you will. Basically he tells all his haters to eff off.

Next up is one of the singles that he released a while back with a feature of Meek Mill, one of the hottest MCs in the game right no, "Let Dem Guns Blam". This is one of those songs that Meek fans and Waka fans alike can really rage to. To me, it is kind of like a "Love Dem Gun Sounds" Part 2, and I love it. Once you listen to it a few times you know when Meek comes on and you get all sorts of pumped up.

After that, the tempo slows down and goes into "Round of Applause", revs back up with "Rooster in My Rari", and then comes back around with a possible radio hit "Get Low" which features Miniaj, Tyga, and Flo Rida. All three of these songs were leaked and then released as singles before the album release.

The next three or four songs are some of my favorite songs off not only the album, but in the rap game right now. "Fist Pump" has a feature with B.o.B. who I personally am currently in love with after the recent releases of Strange Clouds. Follow that up with "Candy Paint and Gold Teeth" where Ludacris and Bun B go in harder than than they did on Big K.R.I.T.'s "Country Shit Remix", one great listen. The next song "Cash" is just your average Flocka song, full of energy (BOW BOW BOW BOW BR-BR-BR-BRRRIIIIIIICKKK SQUUUUUAAAAAAD etc). The next song "Lurkin" is on the top of my list for the album. My only complaint is that Plies is on the track as a feature. With the quality of features on the rest of the album, I think BSM could've got a better feature. Names that come to mind are Meek Mill, Young Jeezy, or even Gucci Mane would've went better. Nonetheless, fantastic song.

The next song "Clap" is catchy than "Call Me Maybe", and about 10x better of a song at that.

This is where the album starts to slow down for me. The next few songs "U Aint Bout That Life" and "Power of My Pen" just don't do it for me.

Now here is where the album gets all the emotion in at. "Flex" comes on and you hear the late, great Slim Dunkin hop on the track. After this the Outro comes on and its all of Flocka's feelings and emotions pouring out about the loss of his best friend.

After this are 3 bonus tracks, two of which feature Slim Dunkin, and are all great ways to end an album.

In the end, I give this album an overall grade of 9/10. The features are hot, the tracks are full of energy, but all it comes down to is if you're a Flocka fan, you love it. If not, this album might not be for you. The album is a 100% Bricksquad Monopoly product. I endorse it all the way. Go check out some of the tracks on YouTube or something.
